Our Prices

Crockwell is exclusively yours for two days.

We do not take wedding bookings on consecutive days; our pricing reflects the fact that you will have access to our facilities from the afternoon before the wedding, until late morning on the following day – after a leisurely breakfast!

Exclusive use of all our facilities at Crockwell

Meetings, support and advice to help plan your special day.

An open evening to taste food and wine, show family around and meet our team and other suppliers.

A dedicated member of the Crockwell team who will be on hand to help with the smooth-running on the day.

Video link of the ceremony to 2 x 1.50m HD screens on the dance floor if required.

Chairs, tables, and white table linen.

Great lighting of the venue; chandeliers which can be dimmed for the evening, church candles in the hall, tea lights on the tables, fairy lights, up-lighters in the marquee which can be colour co ordinated to enhance your colour scheme the starlit dance floor, lamps on the veranda, and lights in the walnut tree and garden; all included.

Olive trees with fairy lights, and greenery for the urns.

Glasses and staff to support the chosen drinks package, and a fully stocked reasonably priced, licensed bar.

Music systems in the hall and marquee for background music. PA system with cordless mike for speeches.

Cake table, cake stand, cake knife, table number stands, coat rack & umbrellas.

Plenty of parking where cars can be left overnight and picked up the next day.

All the accommodation available to the wedding party with a 10% discount if paid for on one invoice.

The prices above are applicable to new bookings.

All charges include VAT at the applicable rate on the day of the wedding.

Useful Information

We are licensed with the Northampton Registrar; fees to them to be settled by the bride & groom.

We charge a supplement of £250 for wedding ceremonies earlier than 1.00 pm.

We have a list of recommended suppliers; discos, florists etc; their prices are not included in our charges.

For a wedding ceremony only, please call to discuss availability & pricing.

A deposit of £2,500 is required to confirm any booking; Crockwell retains £1,500 and forwards £1,000 to The Chopping Block. Six months before the wedding a further payment is required, bringing the payments made to an estimated 50% of the total spend. The balance is payable upon invoice (raised 21 days before an event). Deposits are non-returnable.

We recommend taking out wedding cancellation insurance. Deposits are non-returnable.

A £500 returnable damage deposit is required together with the balancing invoice.

The maximum capacity of the vaulted barn for a ceremony using our chairs is 86 including the bride and groom. The dance floor has 2 HD screens, and the ceremony can be linked to these for extra guests.

Drinks after the ceremony are served in the gardens when fine, but there is enough indoor space for cold weather and winter receptions. All heating costs are included.

The maximum seating for the wedding breakfast is 200.

Maximum total number of guests including evening guests: 250

We do not need to move tables to make room for dancing, the dance floor is separate, but connected to the main marquee, close enough for older guests to be involved, but possible for them to watch from their table and discuss the family!

Music – the last dance is at midnight. The bar closes at 12.30 am.
