On Thursday, 7th March 2019, Crockwell Farm will be holding a Cheltenham Festival Preview night with all profits being donated to the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance and the Injured Jockey’s Fund.
Thank you to all those who attended we had a great evening and raised £5,100 which has been divided equally between the two charities.
Our panel of experts will endeavour to analyse the big races and give their tips for the Festival.
Bob Cooper from At the Races will be quizzing jockeys Sam Twiston-Davies, Andrew Tinkler, Charlie Poste and assistant trainer Tom Messenger. Attendees from last year’s event will no doubt be listening carefully to the valuable analysis!
Tickets are £35 per person which will include a delicious two course meal. Tickets can be booked as a table (8 to 12 guests) or smaller numbers are welcome and will be placed on mixed tables.
In order to keep costs to a minimum and raise as much money as possible for these two worthy charities, sponsorship opportunities will be available with sponsors benefitting from an advert in the event programme, a company logo to be displayed on a big screen throughout the evening and social media posts promoting your company in the run up to the event.
Prices for sponsorship: half page ad £150, full page £275.
We will be running both a raffle for smaller lots and a short auction of promises on the evening. Thanks to those who have donated so far; lots thus far include:
- One night Bed and Breakfast for Two people at Cropredy Lawn to include a Morning on The Gallops. Donated by Paul Webber Racing.
- An animal portrait by talented local artist, Sophie Harden.
